Get ready for a fantastic year in third grade! We cannot wait to get to know you! We are going to have a productive school year filled with excitement & fun. Check back in to see the awesome things we are learning!
We will be having a snack in the afternoons. It is recommended that students bring in a healthy snack. Please ensure water bottles are leak proof to prevent spills throughout the school day. Students can enjoy their own snack and will be keeping their snacks just for them.
Examples include:
Fruit (small portions, sliced/cut/peeled → ready to eat)
Vegetables
Pretzels
Yogurt
String Cheese
Thank you so much for your cooperation! Snack time will take place while we are working, so please make these small snacks as accessible and easy to handle as possible! Thank you again!
Birthdays- Due to allergies, I encourage your child to bring in non-food items if they would like to celebrate their birthday in class. Some ideas include:
🎁 A favorite book to be read aloud to the class
🎨 A small craft or activity for classmates (stickers, coloring pages, fun pencils)
✨ Small non-food treats (pencils, erasers, bookmarks, bubbles, stickers)
